Scootamoto

Staff at scootamoto were really helpful until I explained I was unable to pick up my scooter at their " should be ready by " date as I had flown out for work . They became rude and demanding that I get it the scooter off their hands asap. I did ask if it was possible for me to pick up when I get back from work, but understanding and compassion was not part of the customer service. This forced me into a situation where I was calling friends to ask them to pick up the scooter for me and ride it on busy roads. I eventually found a friend who thought she would be confident enough to pick it up for me while I was away working . She did but told me she had to drop it off some distance further from her house because she wasn't as confident as she thought. Dealing with Scootamoto was a really stressful affair ..
