Self Storage 2000

The storage facility has limited operating hours and although it states that it is open until 5pm when I arrived at 4.40pm on a Friday the staff locked the gate on me as I drove up so I had to enter the office and ask them to open the gate so I could retrieve some possessions. Also they had my storage facility on the second floor level which requires a manual lift to take me up and down to enter my storage. They only have 2 lifts they drive back and forth between 4 large sheds which means the wait to access your storage can be very long particularly on Saturday when most people are not at work and want to access their facility. I am hoping to retrieve my last few boxes tomorrow and move to U Store It which is open 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm and has no second floor and does not expect you to give them prior notice of your arrival.
