Very poor in customer service and comunicating, very confrontational and unwilling to act in good faith, even that it is stipulated by law... we've been chasing them over 2 months in order to get an out of pocket expense we had to incurr, we have sent several emails of which we have not received a single answer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
There is one thing they are good at, they are very good at sending Sentinel's invoices on time for you to pay them, even though you don't get any good service back from them.

This strata company cuts corners, are very slow in responding to enquiries (if they even respond at all). They are confrontational in nature and when our Owners Committee try to get matters moving, they are a hurdle rather than assist.

I have been told by one of their very senior staff members not to worry about fire risks in our building because 'we have sprinklers to put a fire out'.

A gas bill hadnt been received for our building for over 18 months. Sentinels advice - 'dont worry someone else is paying for us'.

if I could give 'negative' star ratings I would. Sentinel are the worst unprofessiobal company i have ever had to work with.

Our property has been managed by Sentinel for over four years now and whilst the service was poor in the beginning. But since the replacement of our old management, the service has been excellent.



The amount of major projects that we now have being managed competently and the level of communication and response we now get is terrific.



I am fortunate enough to own multiple properties and the service level from the new sentinel staff compared to our other properties we have managed by others is second to none. I also know in an industry without qualifications or requirements there always going to be awful body corp managers out there.

Provide poor body corporate management services. They were slow at returning phone calls, you constantly had to chase to get things done, did not communicate enough, they use poor contractors, slow at paperwork which caused us significant cash flow issues. Nice guys, though no follow through.
