Sexy Nails

DO NOT go here! I went to the Sexy Nails in Broadway, Sydney and had one of the most horrible experiences here. I simply came to get my SNS taken off. They left me sitting with my hands soaked in polish remover for 30 minutes, i asked if i should keep them in as my fingers were burning and they completely ignored me. Finally, a lady came over to file them down with SNS removal tool - she was using it on the highest mode and i didn't feel comfortable, next minute i felt a sharp shooting pain down my finger into my nerve - i pulled away and said it really hurt and she said 'fine i won't remove them then!' and stormed off. No one served me for another 20 minutes and i asked to speak to the manager to offer feedback. I was calm and collected, explaining that i was in pain and asking if there was another way to remove the SNS. I've been going to this place for a little over a year. Mainly because it is close to home, but even if it wasn't, I'd go out of my way to return. I'm always pleased with my pedicure, shellac manicure and waxing. But the thing that I love most is how clean and sanitary it is. Things are constantly being wiped down. There is no eating in front of customers, etc. And, a new file and buffer is used on each customer.



Quite efficient too, but not quick and sloppy. Friendly and polite.
