I went into this store recently and they have so many toys that are not Body safe, have the silicone degrading on the shelves. One girl showed me a double ended toy and it was STICKY. they are SELLING THIS for someone to put in their body. Seriously recommend online shopping as they don't leave their toys to rot for years and if you have even a slight problem they send you a new one, no need to send it back. I saw that they take all of the toys out of the boxes and leave them in unsanitary conditions, putting them in whatever bags they have laying around. I saw a masturbator stained with foundation from the workers. One that was not a tester. It was so disgusting. One person came in to return a toy and saw the worker pick it up with their BARE HANDS. God. I'm serious. Just buy somewhere else not this distuging store.
Great customer service. Initially I observed Kristy assist an older guy, who had never been to a Adult Shop before, with grace, understanding and humour. I made some observations that helped the whole excersise and he left happy. Kristy then assisted me with what I needed and I left having learned something new along the way. Good work Kristy.
