Hello Ladies! I am soooo relieved I found this place! It is so hard to find a decent hairdresser isn't it? Well, Simbel and her team @ Sheike Hair & Beauty have been my saviour so many times over the years. Simbel is not only a fantastic stylist, but an amazing colourist too. When I was struggling to explain what I wanted colour wise (because I wasn't really sure myself), Simbel's patient listening and intuitive questions meant that for the first time I actually got the cut and colour that I truly LOVED.
Simbel and her team have not only looked after my hair, but also my family's, I had my daughter's ears pierced here, had waxing, manicure, pedicure as well as full hair and makeup for formal events over the years. I love this place!

Where do I start with this pathetic excuse for a salon. Let's just say there's a reason they don't let you leave reviews on their Facebook page.
3 different members of my family have gone on separate occasions to have hair cuts or dyes.
When my sister went in looking for a short pixie cut, the "stylist" argued with her, saying that the hairstyle she wanted was a boys haircut. She then went on to say to the 15 year old that she would "refuse" to cut it any shorter than her chin. I had a Groupon voucher for a 60 minute massage. The massage I booked started 25 minutes late, as the masseurs were very busy with other clients. i was told this would not affect the time for my massage but, in the end, I was only given around 30-35 minute massage. The masseur did not introduce themselves, only said they would give me a few minutes to change. They did not ask what pressure I liked or say anything to me until "I'm finished." The pressure was extremely light, aan I think the masseur was tired (understandable if many customers). A very disappointing experience.
