This is a very busy site, all staff are wonderful friendly even when they are under the pump with customer everywhere or dealing with a rude customer they still have a smile and very polite.

I was standing at the bowser and the fuel was never started. The attendant was waving at me. I looked at the staff for ten seconds watching staff so put the bowser back and entered the store to determine the issue. I asked if there was an issue with the fuel when I was told "you need to acknowledge me, that is why I was waving!" My response was to ask why and that I did. The attendant then proceeded to state this was their new policy to reduce the risks of drive offs. I was flabberghasted that the attendant was so rude and combined with attitude.

I pumped my fuel and returned in store to pay. I suggested a sign be placed on the bowser to alert customers. The response was again rude "I am just doing what my boss told me".

In future when I feel I need to be treated like that I will go and fill up at the other petrol station. Thanks!

A busy service station with only 1 diesel pump. There is a drive-through carwash behind the Shell. They take the Coles 4c discount vouchers and there is only a limited number of things to buy in store 9to get the extra 2c discount). Nice staff and clean facilities.
