Shens Chinese Massage

A couple of weeks ago a friend and I attended Shen's and we both had a shoulder massage. It was wonderful. It was prompt service and it was polite. My friend and I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread and decided to get one today before doing the food shopping. We were met by the man at the counter who sat us down straight away next to some other people mid-massage. After waiting for 5 minutes (and time was not an issue for us) the same man returned and told me that "the girl is not coming out because she feels it would be uncomfortable to massage you". This comment was directed at me. The man then asks me to go and sit in the lounge area to wait a couple of minutes for the girl. Gob-smacked, I turned to my friend at which point the man said "you too" and gestured to the lounge area.
