I brought in my bag in canvas for repairing the strip and asked for strengthening the bag strips by more stitches in the fours points. When I picked up the bag, I found the strip was wrongly stitched and you can tell visually by the unbalanced condition especially when it is placed on the shoulder. The staff, guess the management, said they knows what was wrong and they would refix it properly. The bag ended up left in the store for over two weeks but they did not refix and explained that they doesn't know why how to fix it and made so many excuses and even said they would pay me back the money I paid. I just want it fixed so I explained again to ensure they understands. Unfortunately, they lastly argued that these are all of my problems. And rejected to pay money. How could such a small store provide an unreliable service for the local. No. The staff pretended to be friendly nsw failed per them repairing work and argued it was not their fault at all. All customer's fault. You are too lucky to get your shoes repaired but mine got ruined and unable to reverse it back.
I would definitely not use this again. The day after I dropped off two pairs of shoes to be repaired the shop closed down (with no warning) for nearly 3 weeks without a contact phone number or anything! In the mean time, I had to go purchase two new pairs of shoes to wear in the mean time (including winter boots). When they finally returned they were not willing to negotiate on price or offer an explanation. Not only rude, they did a below average job on the re-souling!
