She is expereinced and friendly to work with, a lot of professional opinions from her to help us to make decisions. Shirley was extremely helpful during the process of the settlement of my house - quick to respond, she explained things clearly, and got things done in a timely manner, especially as I needed matters done prior to the Christmas holidays. I used Shirley for conveyancing. She has terrible service and very dodgey practice. Does not reply to email, phone call or sms messages and only contacts back the very last minute when she has to. Blatantly disregard the law and proper procedures such as making me sign things that I should not sign until settlement date. Lost a number of bidders during auction because she fail to respond to solicitor from potential buyers despite more than ample of notices from agent.
