Terrible service. Shoes wasn't repaired after living them in their so called good hands for two days. The man at the counter don't even know where to look for them even though I have a ticket. His reason being he wasn't there for the past two days. Is this how you run a business??? No communication in within their own business. Worst shoe repair shop I've ever been and will NOT recommend to go there for anything even for their so called multi services. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I took my shoes back and that man galdly return them to me without apologising. Arrogant & unprofessional!!
