a traditional dish from the Italian region of Abruzzo. Arrosticini are typically made from Lamb, hand made cut in chunks and pierced by a skewer. It is cooked on a brazier with a typically elongated shape, cooked with coal.
We use all local meat and products that have been produced in South Australia.
We are the only ones in Adelaide that sell this wonderful dish.
