I love that I chose to come to sirocco it's a salon that's puts your hair first NOT the sale... I understand a lot of people may not talk hair lingo and get confused but I love the fact that I got refused a service on my first visit because of the state my hair was in from a pervious salon... Now there angels for happy healthy hair again, I'll never leave my happy place!! Thanks Leanne for all your care with my hair.
I originally went to sirocco about 2 years ago and was impressed, but couldn't not afford it as I was on very little money. I was very impressed and the staff were lovely. I recently went back and have been back every 6-8 weeks like clockwork because the staff are wonderful, give great tips on what they think might make your hair look even better, and best of all, my hairdresser is the same girl every time, and she remembers the little things, like the partner and the family and even the pets. It's so great to find a hairdresser who is interested in your life and remembers rather than introducing it all over again. Amy is a whiz at foiling and never cuts a hair out of place. Love them, never changing!

worst experiance.
not only did i walk out with a hair style that looked nothing like the picture i had taken in. but also they did "extra" work on my hair with out letting me know.... and making me pay the gap. even though ,while dying my hair the management got bleach all over my KOOKAI top that i had purchased from the Gold Coast and couldnt get another. they still insisted i paid the gap. after they took 40 dollars off the bill.. which does nothing cause i still cant get the same top for 40 dollars... i paid ... and totally wish i didnt. its there loss .. not only will i never step in the salon again. im letting all my friends and family know.
Ive been going to sirocco for some years now and i know there service is outstanding. they always put the customer first and make sure what the customer wants is what they get. Its sad that you come on here because you werent happy to pay an extra 40 dollars for work that wasnt covered on the voucher.
I went to sirocco to have just a few things done to my hair and did not have what I wanted done. By this I don't mean I'm one of those customers that sees a picture and thinks, "I want to look like her as wells have her hair exactly!" I am an easy going person and just wanted a few highlights. I noticed they were putting a whole head through and asked what is happening but was reassured it was still only half a head. When I got to the counter, it WAS NOT! Not only was the management rude and had a go at me when I was shocked by this, they then went on to say "next time you come in we can do what you were after". Why was I there in the first place then? I walked away feeling angry not only of time and money but also of my independence to choose what I want.
