DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I cancelled the service I had booked with plenty of notice. After emailing and receiving confirmation that there would be no cancellation fee I called to find out where my refund was. The owner (Sisil) lied and said he had transferred me back the money which I have still to receive. After I caught him out lying (by pretending that I wanted to book a new date and him saying he would just keep my bond instead that he had just said he already transferred back to me) he threatened to charge me a cancellation fee despite me having email confirmation that there was no cancellation fee. Save your money and go elsewhere. This company is so dodgy

Terrible service! Bus was 40 minutes late and management staff still extremely rude on the phone. Not compensated for lateness in any way. They charged nearly 500 dollars for a 12km round trip! Driver had no idea where to go and had to be directed. Took 2 weeks to be refunded bond!! Very poor service and do not recommend!!
