At Sit Lo we look to bring our Vietnamese chefs vision to life. We offer a specialised assortment of choices to make your mouth water from the moorish baos to our Chef specialty, Pho. This small food outlet is located on Bank Street. Offering all things Vietnamese, I got to sample some of their delicious items as part of the Feast On Foot Tour. There isn't much seating inside so would recommend getting here early if opting to dine in.
I got to try their Slow Cooked Pork Belly, Pickled Cucumber, Hoisin & Spring Onions Bao (steam buns) and Lotus Root Chips. The bao had a nice flavour but the pork was slightly too fatty for me. The chips were crisp and had a sweet but spicy flavouring to them. Service was quite good.
