This online retailer was recommended to me by a friend so I felt like it was a safe bet. My mistake! The product is fake (a Deciem HIF hair product). I was suspicious when I saw the texture - which was notably thinner and a different colour. It also lacked the distinctive smell that the product has. I stupidly tried it anyway, presuming the company had changed the formula. My second mistake! The conditioner has dyed my hair purple. I'm very unhappy that I didn't follow my instincts and regret not reading the online reviews. Untrustworthy retailer, avoid at all costs
I used to buy all the products for my face, hair, make up from SkinStore. That was 4 years ago. I bet you not one of the 'happy' customers had to return a product. It happened to me twice now.

I used to be a loyal customer of this company, however recently I have experienced the worst customer service that I can remember.
After ordering products through their website, they charged my credit card for the full amount. Then a couple of weeks later, I received an automated email from the company saying that the products weren't in stock, but they would be sent out in 2 or 3 days. I have just had a similar situation and will never go back now! The girl on the phone was abrupt & rude. She didn't seem interested in my situation and was keen to get off the phone. I will now be advising everyone I know to go to another website for their skincare needs.
