I went here with a voucher and have been coming back ever since. The treatments I've been having are really showing great results. The staff are really friendly and I love the package deals they offer. I have also bought products that I love and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend skintech Mt Waverley.

I don't agree with previous review - I was recommended by a friend who bought a JumpOnIt voucher for hair removal at skintech (she had no issues and is a paying client now) Skintech provided me with great treatment/communication...
I had a whole treatment plan written up to fix my acne skin problem, and it delivered! My therapist was honest and gave me a realistic goal time frame.
I would recommend Skintech to anyone who has skin problems!!!!!

Skeeto- I am very sorry you did not get a great experience from your Jump on it voucher at Skintech. Yes, we offer medical grade IPL and Lumenis Laser Diode for our hair removal treatments. Both work very well, are advanced hair removal equipment in the world, and the medical grade IPL works better on different types of hair thickness and colour, so there may have been a reason this was used on you. Clients are welcome to state their preference on equipment used however. In regards to our confirmation system, our computer program automatically sends out an SMS to notify you of your appointment and confirm with you two days prior. We only call clients who have not supplied a mobile number. At the time of your voucher purchase, it states how many treatment you have, so you can keep track as you go. It is impossible for us to call every client prior to when their voucher is near expiry to notify them of this, however if asked, we can look it up on our system for you.
