Cranky and aggressive !! Marty assured me before dropping off that we could put soil, pavers and tree branches in our skip! All seemed good informed of no restrictions! Had booked the “mixed building waste” option. Then he came to collect and started yelling at me (I was alone and am currently 36 weeks pregnant!) that this was not agreed upon and he knew nothing about the dirt or pavers being in the bin (have email proof of this being asked!) stated if his truck crashed it would be all my fault, he wasn’t insured for this and huffed and puffed throwing around his chains hooking up the bin, demanding more money that what was quoted. He then proceeded to put the bin on the back and the truck seemed to have no issues lifting the load and he made no further comments. When I had told him my husband was on his way home he drove off in a hurry.
