Small Friends Veterinary Hospital

We have always had pets and have been using Small Friends as our vet for over twelve years. Matt, Melissa, Sally and the whole team are friendly and caring while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Our pets are important members of our family and Small Friends help us to keep them all in the best of health while not charging us a fortune. We very much appreciate the honest presentation of our options with every issue, the genuine concern shown for the welfare of our pets and the compassion and understanding shown when difficult decisions have had to be made. I used to go here to get scripts written for my dogs medication. One day called up and they stated a management decision to not provide scripts for medication they sell in their clinic. Medication which is expensive to buy. Way to capitalise on my sick dog. I don't go here anymore.

I have been taking my cats here for 2 years now and appreciate the care shown by Dr Matt and Dr Melissa and their vet nurses. The price is comparable if not cheaper than elsewhere and they always follow up each visit with a phone call to see how the patient is doing.
