This SEO company looks good, nice proposal... but it is WRONG!
- they keep delaying jobs need to be done
- no report at the end of the month.. even 2 weeks delay when I chased it up.
- has changed 3 sales rep in 3 months time
- done no jobs if you do not chase it up
- could not even find my company in 3rd month when I typed my company name on google search engine.
- have lots of excuses
- telling you they are doing something but it is not true
- post messages in wrong websites/forums that is totally not related my products
- after all of this, 0% refund
- still try to convince you keep buying services from them because they will improve, but never

We have been customers of Smart Seo for 2 years and 3 months after the most recent meeting with them my wife & I now know why we have been happy with there service and will continue to support them , not only because they are very well priced . but there a local business and that's what we support our rankings are good , but they will always move I guess that's the nature of the product that we have learnt. our business has dealt with 6 Sydney based companies since 2009 so this is the longest we have stuck by a provider love your work and the fact that you always help even when an issue is not relevant to you !

I have been a client with Smart SEO for an extended time and are very happy with the results and service provided to my Business. In fact It has grown as a direct result of their continual work and support to my online marketing requirements. The Directors and their team conduct themselves in exemplary fashion displaying diligence and attention to detail second to none. I would highly recommend them (and have) to anyone who requires online Marketing in order to assist grow traffic to their website and or products. In this day and age I guess that is most of us! Not very happy with this company. They did not deliver at all. After several months we still did not show for searches on the first page at all. They keep on leaving your account there and got onto it only when you ask about it. And when you do ask they said the same thing they said last time and in which you wonder why wasn't the work done last time? Just a rubbish company so don't waste your time.
