Ive been Waiting Over 7 Weeks to get my car back from smash masters, i only had a few scratches on the back panel, i was told all soughts of excuses as to why my car isnt ready, i got told the inspection was done and they were working on my car and it would be ready for me to pick up that week, i then waited another 3 weeks to here the same thing again. They were very unreliable. i wont be going back.

I took my brand new car here for a repair after a small scrape in a car park. It was a bad experience from beginning to end. I wanted to claim through my own insurance company but was talked out of it,then a hire car was delivered to my home 2 hours away to pick my car up - which seems helpful however not when delivered with the suggestion of ‘meeting for lunch’ and when I hadn’t agreed that I wanted this company to do the repairs.
I was told the repairs would take a week and instead it took 3 weeks. When I eventually collected the car I found there was glue all over the boot trim. They offered to clean it up so I brought the car back later that week. We had such a great experience with these guys who went over and above to get our car back to its original quality finish. They kept us up to date on the progress and they were friendly staff to deal with too. If you need a panel beater repair service then go with these guys, you won't regret it!
