Smiggle is my daughters all time favorite shop at Robina Town Centre. The shop is set out in colour blocks, it looks so bright & kids just HAVE to go in! Oi! The store is chock full of pens, pencils, pencil cases, erasers, rulers, diaries, books, journals, highlighters, calculators, etc. Everything for school, home & the office. Smiggle has a little rewards system, Smiggle Craver Saver card- Get a stamp for every $10 spend & once the card is full receive a free gift. (min. $130 spend. hmm, hope it's a good reward!...)
Today we went to smiggles robina for my children to spend there Xmas vouchers in total we spent $138. We where told that pencil cases for $5 there was a half a wall of pencil cases that where supposed to be $5 and when we got to the the counter they where $15 also my son likes your black stationary and of course limited of anything he wanted and was told whatever is on the shelves like we where interrupting them. My children where seriously disappointed walked out with no pencil cases at all. I did ask one staff about a pencil case of the black variety and staff told me there was 2 available back in brisbane with no option to hold them for him as a customer service situation. So basically overall the lack of stock and the poor customer service I will not return to robina smiggles as I get more customer service from my store in brisbane
