Smithfield Motor Company Mechanical Repairs

Terribly incompetent company! My car still has dents in it, doors/bumper/boot doesn't line up! The road noise & rattles are concerning! They have damaged my interior & window tint, not surprising as when I dropped in there I found the inside of my car (brand new condition black leather) full of dirty & damaged car parts & white stuff splattered all over the interior! Dodgy repairers & disrespectful towards clients property!

Absolutely horrible company to get your car repaired at they give excuse after excuse and in the end you get your car back worst then when you dropped it off to get repaired. Insurance companies love them cos they do a cheap horrible job with second hand parts!!!

Extremely poor repair job. Took 4 days longer than quoted and then it's just as bent as when it went in.
Taillight doesn't sit back in
Poor paint work on the bumper- runs
Poor panel work- 6mm difference in panel curve from other side of car.
Back axle still not square

Pick my car up last week. Worst experience I have ever had. The rude staff wouldn't even look at what my issues are. Also they damaged the back of my car that I have to get fixed myself somewhere else. Anyone who looking for a recommendation - DONT USE THIS PLACE
