Stay away from the Facial. Staff is inexperienced, they put product over my eyelids and around my eyes from the start of the treatment of course they teareup from then on. Also got cream inside my nostrils there was no awarnes of delicate areas. At a certain point the person that serve tried to do an eyeball massage :( (pushing eyelids on circular motion). Overall a very unpleasant experience. The staff was really nice but they don't know what they are doing.

If you all are looking for best threading and waxing place Smoothnsilky is the one. Everyone is great there. Nominal prices yet great services....

Let me start by saying I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do it's because I am passionate about the person/business I have found. Ritu's Smooth and Silky is definitely on top of this list for me. I have been her client for over 6 years now. I get my threading, brazilian and waxing done here and I couldn't be more happier, so much so that I still go to her after I moved nearly 30kms away from Carnegie! I have recommended several friends here too and they have all had the same thing to say.
The brazilian and waxing is really professional-almost pain free. The girls really make you feel comfortable and that helps calm your nerves.

I went here recently for my first brazillian. Was very nervous and almost embarrassed because I had always shaved and my hair was very thick. The girl i who did my wax made me feel really comfortable and it was noticeable that she had been waxing for years. Was not even painful and have been back a few times since. Have never had any problems with ingrown hairs or anything - but I did buy the shower gel and cream which I use every day and it helps. Will never go anywhere else. Of it your first time then go here!! They have great loyalty Cards also ...

After visiting so many Threaders finally i found the right one for me and my daughter. I get my full face threading done and i have been going to Shopping centers paying more than $70 for full face and not fully satisfied then someone recommended me to smoothnsilky . They charge half of the amount i use to pay and get the best service each time i go there. I have recommended all my friends and family to them and all very happy.
