Soap Hand Car Wash

Broke my side mirror switch, didnt tell me about it.

I spent $200.00 (approx) getting my car detailed... They did not detail the car properly (e.g. the exhaust pipe was still dirty... and marks still on the car Then when I drove off the car, I could not find my $250.00 sun glasses I looked everywhere and was initially annoyed. I found them in the glove compartment and they were mangled and one lens was gone. When I tried to call soap and get the glasses replace, while they admitted damaging the sun glasses they would not replace them. The management said because I spoke to them bad they would not do it. But I ask you, if they had damaged your glasses and not told you and then chucked the glasses the the glove compartment how would you feel? Would never deal with them again
