have had solair whiz erina do a ceiling exhaust fan.put solar panel in wrong position .have tried to have it moved ,have waited all day no phone call .I would not recommend this company .phone calls are just ignored poor after sales service.I hope the other solair businesses do better than Aamon does.
We are sorry you felt you could get in touch with our company immediately, however you are aware we are mobile and due to Vodafone reduced coverage service, we did not receive your messages until the next morning. As you are completely aware, at this point your panel had been moved to the new position where you requested, all at our companies expense. I have had a solar venti dehumidifying system in our holiday house on the mid north coast of NSW for over five years. The house can be vacant for extended periods, but the solar venti system keeps the moisture down and the air moving so the house is fresh when guests arrive. We recently had a problem with our system and there are no local distributors/ repairers. The people from Solair organised to come and and repair the system and for minimal cost. I was most impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. Not to mention the fact that they traveled up from Sydney to do the repair. That is a five hour road trip.
