I agree with the poster below that they possibly turn their machines down really low. I've had IPL on full leg, underarm & bikini at 3 previous locations for 12 months so have a fair idea what it's meant to feel like. I bought a voucher for a touch up treatment in these areas but have noticed zero difference. The business had also recently moved and I was not informed of the new address until I showed up to an empty apartment complex and called them! The staff were friendly enough, but the actual service on offer is a waste of money. I still have some credit remaining but it's not worth the effort to use it.

Fantastic staff although online email appointments took a little bit to get used to - but worth effort!! Having IPL done and seeing results from 2nd treatment!! Very happy :)
