Solve IT All was fabulous James sorted out my computer issue over the phone in 5mins. He was patient with me and explained everythning that was happening to my computer very clearly and didn't use computer words I wasn't farmiliar with. I would highly recommend SOLVE IT ALL.

James did an amazing job. He gets my vote as Australian of the year. This lone crusader travels from one distressed customer to the next, eliminating nasty viruses and reviving sick computers.Compared to overrated and overpriced "Geek" services, James, the brains behind SOLVE it ALL, is a real expert and priced in such a way that you will not hesitate to contact him every time your computer misbehaves. Oh, and give him a cookie to munch on. He LOVES cookies.
Had problems with computer going extremely slow, did all the usual look it up on google and try to fix myself things, wasted about a day at work trying to get it to work. Rang James he came in the same day, took him 15 minutes to work out hard drive was at fault, Was able to change hard drive on my computer over night as this is business computer and it is required during normal working hours. My computer has never been this quick. Strongly recommend him even for people with little computing knowledge (me) as he explains what was wrong and what he did to fix it in normal English.
