A friend had purchased a gift card valued at $125 for me as a birthday gift, but hadn't mentioned anything at the time. Fast forward 2 years and embarrassingly I'd found out they'd paid for it, however nothing was ever received.
You'd expect that providing proof of purchase, a transaction number, giftee name, etc would be a means to rectify the situation but no. Since raising the matter via both emails and contact forms I had received 2 replies which had asked for the details I'd already provided and now nothing but silence.
Might be a great place to dine, who knows. But when I can't even receive something for what has already been paid for it leaves a pretty bitter taste. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Note that they have contacted me and resolved the issue. True local need to allow the ability to amend, edit and remove.
Definitely a delicious place to go to for some great quality Japanese. It is a little price so expect to pay a little but it is great quality, happy service and just a good night. Portside is such a beautiful spot and with Sono upstairs, its a great place to make a good night of it and head out Biblos for cocktails afterwards! Definitely recommend as a place to at least go to once or twice.
