Great doctors and British nurse, but the admin staff are dreadful - waited once over an hour for an 8:40 appointment!! They hadn’t queued me in. Then proceeded to overcharge for a vaccine. Got a call back on a Friday evening saying that Dr wanted to discuss results 2 days after getting results from Dr. Queried this and was told Dr wanted to see me. Made a Sunday appointment, waited an hour for Dr, who was running late with a real emergency....Dr apologised for the recall....it was an error!! I probably took up an important slot for someone who really needed it, like the emergency that delayed the Dr. Admin staff talk about patients loudly & moan about the evening staff all the time. Evening admin staff have always been friendly....they may get things wrong (as we hear during normal operating hours) but at least they are friendly and smile!! Great that they bulk bill, but I would prefer to pay a nominal amount and have a bigger building with competent administrative staff.

This medical centre is the best run in Australia I have been going there to see my brilliant Dr Stephen Hellmuth for over 20 years and it feels like family even the Scottish ( oops it could be Irish)nurse is fantastic . The staff make you feel at home and are very accomodating and flexible. Anybody who has complained are just whingers or very precious.

Stay away, I waited an hour at 9am to be seen, poorly run, no apology, dreadful.

Amazing Drs there, very helpful staff as well. Glad to see such amazing service and being bulk billed!

Most of the Doctor at the Clinic are helpful and professional but today my experience with Dr Barry (female Dr) is the worst. I walked out of the consultation and did not want to proceed because of the way she spoke to me. I was due for a procedure that I was so nervous about because of the previous abnormalities and she did not have a bedside manner and sensitivity towards her patient. My sister also has consulted with her in the past and commented that she did not like Dr Barry's attitude during consult but I still booked her due to my availability. I can only come in on Friday and she's the only female Dr available unfortunately.
