Hi I had my amplifier repaired and bought headphones ... Brad was very helpful, repair reasonable and great service. Recommended a friend to buy headphones she needed and she was also very happy too

Appalling. Poor workmanship and no communication. AVOID.

They took over 8 months to try to repair an item. During that time, they failed to diagnose the fault correctly and there was absolutely no attempt by Soundair to keep me updated. I had to call them and was fobbed off with promises that it would be done "soon", then no follow up communication. Finally when I call, the proprietor tells me he has lost my details, then when I go in to collect the item the paperwork is in the box with the item. To add insult to already contemptible service, he offers me a part refund, which he says will be by cheque when his "busy accounts lady" has time to process it.
