Liaise in a professional manner with your agent, finance broker & mortgagee (bank) if any and your builder.
If you are building, we will provide evidence to your builder, once the land has settled that you are entitled to become the registered proprietor in order to facilitate a speedy start to the construction of your new home.
Keep you informed at all times throughout the transaction.
Be diligent in advising you in relation to payment of deposit monies, finance approval and any other conditions which are set by a time frame.
Act in a courteous professional manner at all times.
Should you be selling your current property, we are well equipped to also you help you with this.

In order to sell your property you will require a Vendors Section 32.

Providing you are able to provide us with all the information we require, we are usually able to have the Section 32 Statements prepared within 24 hours.
