South East Airport Shuttle

Worst, worst and worst. I almost missed my flight. The gate was closed and lucky Jetstar got me in . The Pick up was late by 40 mins. All the while the Director ( so called Happy Singh) , my Driver will be there to pick up ontime . First He said some delay, then 15min , then 30 mins and finally 40. I had to run in the airport. The full fare was paid , but no apology. Very unreliable, untrustable, misleading and untimely. Will never ever utilise their service again and will never ever recommend to any single one. Please do not utilise their service to be in a extremely risky and stressful situation of losing you flight as myself. Will lodge a VCAT claim for refund. (Note , I an not their competitor nor any organisation , just a customer)

Absolutely terrible service. Booked & payed. Owner phoned and sms confirmed pickup. Did NOT arrive, no response to sms or phone calls. 1 hr late had to call taxi to take to airport. Do not use this company. Have reported to Pay Pal also.

I booked an airport transfer for Saturday morning using their online booking system on Thursday night. I also called the following day to ensure that my booking had gone through. After being diverted from the mobile number given on the website, I was asked to wait while the owner got back to me via text message. I was then sent a message asking me when I had booked my shuttle. I replied and was then informed of my pick up time for the next day. The following day, only 10 MINUTES before my scheduled pick up time, I was sent a final text informing me that the company were having "vehicle difficulties", and that I should order a taxi.

Used them from airport to Bentleigh East and return, extremely happy with them.

Found them reliable, punctual and polite. Will definitely recommend them.

So impressed! Brilliant service and for half the price of a taxi.. Getting to the airport is no longer a struggle for me. Thank you! highly recommended
