I had purchase a brand new vehicle here some years ago, the sales experience at the time was ok and checked off most of the boxes. Given with any new vehicle youre often restricted to use their service centre to warrant for the warranty period. At the time, I had only brought the vehicle there and never questioned on any of the prices that was quoted and had only assumed that their prices were the same across all service centre. Worst place to take your car to repair if it is not covered under warranty. They own another mechanics in Richmond which I took and they were going to charge me $1090 to repair a control bush for the suspension and when I called another place, they quoted me $400 after market parts (including installation). It doesn't matter if genuine or after market parts as it makes no difference and VW mechanic stated their parts cost $600 where you can get on ebay for less than $100? mate I know people have to make money for the bussines but you VW charge ridiculous price. I would assume parts and labour will be cheaper for VW's but I was wrong. Will never take my car there or seek any advice from you all because it will cost me $220 for nothing, For you all VW folks, don't ever take it there!
