Very happy with this business. Also, with Indro getting renovations and carparks not easy to find there is good value in getting a wash. Guys working there don't waste time with nonsense, they just get down to business. A great mid week afternoon: movie at gold class, car gets washed. I come out a happy chappy!!
As a regular customer of Sparkles i just want to congratulate you guys for the great work you do each time I come. I have had minor and major detailing work done on my fleet of cars which I have to say are always really dirty as we service the mines and outback areas. I have never had a problem and my vehicles always come up shiny on the outside and inside and are a pleasure to drive afterwards.
The old Manager could be a little rude although he was very good, however he has now left and been replaced by a great new Manager who is extremily courteous, friendly and extremily knowledgeable about the industry.
Keep up the good work guys, I'm a customer forever!
I also have had my car cleaned at Sparkles Indooroopilly many times but this is the last time ever!! The appalling people skills of the manager has finally driven away a very tolerant customer. During the time I was a customer, I have seen them lose a number of customers. I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. Generally I have found them to be quick and to do an adequate job but after asking them to polish the car one day, my car was returned with some damage where they had used the wrong cleaning product. Everyone makes mistakes right? I just wanted a promise that they would not use that product again. No way! The manager insisted the product must have splashed up over the car from the road????!!!! Contrary to the prior review, I have had fantastic experience at this place - time and time again. I've had my car cleaned at Sparkles on multiple occasions and they are always fantastic. My car looks, smells and feels a lot better. I had some terrible marks on the outside that they were able to get off without a scratch. The people that work there are lovely and very polite. They are very efficient and it doesnt take long at all, obviously you need to be a little more understanding on the weekend as this seems to be their peak time. I definitely recommend trying this place out, its well worth it. Also, the shampoo of the seats is highly recommended! Especially after spills!
Terrible terrible terrible! They kept me waiting for 1/2 an hour even after I told them I needed to go at a certain time. They charged me for a car detail when I just asked for a basic wash. And they have caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my brand new car by using the wrong products on it. The manager hung up on me when I was on the phone discussing the damage and won't let me speak to the owner of the business. The service is appalling and the customer service is non existent.
