Specialized Heating & Cooling

Recently purchased LVI panels from SH&C. Initial contact, quoting, installation and after service was excellent. Jai, Tony and team went out of way to provide excellent service and support, thank you.

They installed a huge heating/cooling system in my neighbours house and did not follow the EPA guidelines for installation. Consequently, there is a loud humming noise comming through the walls of my house. I have emailed the company, but they don't feel it is neccesarry to call me. I have lived my home for 28 years, but now need to move because of this noise.

I called SH&C to look at my ducted heating last week. They offered both an upgrade solution at $1000 and a reconditioned solution at $500. Good service, on time, left no mess behind. I would recommend them anytime.

I would like to thank Steve (technician)and Cheryl (reception)for their honest and ethical service.After having trouble with my central heating unit(f7 fault code) I booked a call out with another company (call out fee was only $69) .I was advised that my unit needed a new gas valve which they wouldn't guarantee, Total instead they recommended that I install a new heating unit $4700 and also because my unit included cooling that would also need to be changed ,total cost $12900.Steve diagnosed the problem as a crimped air hose or perhaps a faulty capacitor.Steve straightened the hose and the problem was solved.Total cost $180.Thanks again.

Terrible management, extremely rude and no customer service skills. Never dealt with such disrespectful people ever, take your money and damage your property. Review your workers head office.
