Specsavers Optometrists

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My appointment was on time and my optometrist was extremely thorough and professional. I was there for around 40 minutes, in that time I got 4 different eye health checks and a vision test. Afterwards I was given a pair of contacts to wear. After my appointment was over, I stood at the counter waiting for a large bill for the great and thorough service I was provided, only to find out that it was all FREE (including the contacts which are valued at around $50)! I have been to this establishment a few times over the past 3 years and its is always the same excellent service. Because of this, I will be making the trip down from Sydney to visit this same branch when I move.

I did start going to specsavers in Corrimal due to them haveing cheap glasses and contacts. The last time I ordered my contact they over ordered and they said they would keep the spare boxes for the next time I went in. I went in when I had finished my last pair of contacts to only find out that they had sent my contacts back. I then proceeded to order them again as it only takes a few days and the staff informs me it is going to cost $145 for a new box. This is strange as my last box only cost me $80.00. I asked why there is a difference and they said the last staff charged me wrong. I have now gone to a different optometrist and they only charge me $80.00!!! It was a big price increase and I was not very happy.
