I was definitely impressed with the service I received today. Never having had an eye test before I was surprised that I had 3 pre-tests, one to measure my eyes, one to check for Glaucoma and one to check for macular degeneration. The girl that did these tests was lovely, she explained everything about each test and what to expect. Next I saw the Opthalmologist who went through those results with me and checked my eyes, he was very friendly and reassuring, explaining everything and asking if I had any questions. Once that was done I was passed along to another very friendly and helpful lady who helped me with the choice of glasses, explaining what was good about one style or design over another. I was extremely happy with the service I received, everyone was extremely helpful and kind, nothing was rushed and I never felt pressured to *hurry along*. This will certainly become the only place I'll be going to for glasses and eye tests that is for sure!
