Called Brett and he had one of his guys turn up at my place EXACTLY when he said he would be there. Fixed the hot water system and fixed the water leak in the vanity. Great service and great company to deal with! Saved his number in my phone and would recommend to anyone.

Sunday afternoon, roast in oven, family about to arrive, and I found water spurting out from under the vanity unit in the bathroom. Brett, having previously replaced a toilet for me and some other minor repairs, was the first person on my mind. He was quick to drop everything on his day off and come within an hour (all the way to the Shire) and help out.
