One of the best Trades people I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a Brivis gas heater and I could not even call Brivis to talk to someone. So I tried Russell. The communication was excellent, his punctuality, service and rates were fantastic, What a difference to go with a local guy.

I contacted him on the Tuesday night and the job was completed on the Thursday afternoon just before the heatwave. He serviced it and regassed it. I would highly recommend him. The heating in my tenant's property gave up. Russell was out there same day, got the thing back on its feet enough to run while he ordered parts, and then had it completely fixed in two days. Invoiced immediately, so the whole thing was done and dusted in less than three days. Let me know that he was running a little late (always appreciate when a tradie does that, they're so often late but so rarely let you know). Very happy.
