Sporting Edge Australia

I went to their website to place an order and got through the entire ordering process and then an error message came up when I went to pay by credit card. I then rang the contact number and a staff answered without stating the business name so I had to ask if I had the business. They advised there was a problem and that they would call me the next day to finalise the order... I have since left two email and three phone calls without any success. This is terrible customer service !!!!
All I want to do is palce an order and no one is interested. Dont know what else I can do other than drive from Sydney to Newcastle and hope they have what I want in stock.

Sporting Edge are the place to go for fitness equipment. The quality of their gear is second to none. We run group training sessions and have tried numerous brands before, none have stood the test of time. Sporting edge equipment however has taken the punishment we have given it for the past 2 years.



Value for money is key here, the equipment is the best around, will last for ages, the prices are great, and the service is unbelievable. Sporting Edge truly care about their customers and will do everything they can to get the right gear for any sport or training needs. We will continue to use sporting edge now, and in the future, thanks again guys and keep up the good work.
