I would not recommend Sportscover. They promote themselves as being the sports specialists but my experience is that they have little understanding of their customers and their customer's needs. In addition to this my experience has been that they are poor on communication as it dos not appear that they actually read and/or understand very simple written details.
Having to make a claim on insurance is never because something positive has happened which means that the good insurance companies at least reduce the frustration and leave you feeling confident that the problem will be remedied satisfactorily. Unfortunately Sportscover only added to the frustration and it was impossible to feel confident that their desire was to satisfy their paying customer.
