Spotlight Bundaberg

Terrible service tonight. Staff not interested even though very few customers. Found what I wanted myself, checkout chic was rude when I walked, hands full, to the counter before hers. "BRING IT OVER HERE", even though she could see I was struggling with a 180cm blind and other stuff. No please or thank you, just the price, here's your receipt, then "have a nice day" said to the floor, counter or something, not sure, she didnt look at me. I own a business and know this attitude comes from the top so suggest owner sells it to someone who appreciates customers. Will never set foot in there again.

I ordered some curtaining from Lyn a staff member. She was most helpful and very pleasant. I would like to say 'Thank you' as the parcel arrived today. Well done, 10 out of 10 for service

This is a great Spotlight store, really well stocked. Staff have always been helpful & friendly each time I shop there.

A lady called Tammy is very friendly and also the girl at the front was very helpful. I will go there again.
