Service is terrible and the staff are rude or indifferent at best. I will never go there again. Stock is overpriced - my advice buy the same thing online from home and save money as well as time waiting for someone to serve you.

Bad customer service with sewing machine. Happy to take money but after sale assistance very poor. Had machine 3 weeks. Not a good experience. Never buy appliance from them again.

They need more staff. You never get out of there very quickly. The staff are not all that happy to serve you. As for the craft the range is great.
