I had the misfortune of visiting spotlight yesterday. I asked a member of staff a question and I must say that she needs to find herself a new job. She was sour rude and horrible. This is not my first experience of this behavior in this shop. I am beginning to think that staff are sent on how to be rude, unhelpful and discourteous courses. If there was another shop like this in Rockhampton I would go there instead
