Bad customer service. I went to the shop and I choose specific flowers to make a bouquet and deliver it to my wife on her birthday, staff were unprofessional, charge me so much money and when they delivered the bouquet was completely different flowers than the ones I ordered

Terrible. They delivered the wrong arrangement and when I brought it to their attention they tried to blame me. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They kept blaming me.

The staff are incompetent and the owner is dishonest.

I Purchased flowers from this shop to be delivered slowly over a period of time. I was quoted and paid the full amount for the flowers and they were delivered. I then found another charge once the service was complete. I called the shop to ask why and the management gave me a poor excuse that because the service was over a period and hard to organise they had to charge me an additional fee per flower. There was no phone call to ask if I wanted the flowers to be delivered at the higher rate or my money refunded during the weeks of delivery. There was also no phone call to explain that an extra charge was going to be billed to my credit card, I just happened to stumble upon it while checking my card statement. I do not believe this is acceptable business practice and strongly recommend you find a better florist with better customer service.

Wonderful service for such a small shop! The florist is convieniently located at the front of Bass Plaza shopping center. I have always found the staff helpful, the prices resonable and the service excellent. I was in there recently getting some birthday (helium) balloons sorted - it was Valentine's day and they were rushed off their feet, but remained, calm, friendly and very helpful. Definitely my first stop for flowers - or balloons :-)

Was really happy with this florist. Had to get some arrangements for a corporate event at work, didn't have much time so they sorted it all out for me. They were friendly and helpful and I was impressed at the final result (and the price$$).
