I have been coming here for almost 7 years now and think the team are absolutely fantastic. They are very caring and obviously love what they do. I love that they all know my dog and each visit feels very warm and welcoming. Hydrobaths are good and the groomer that comes in does a great job and is the only groomer I trust my dogs with.
I'm utterly horrified at this business practices. The staff, although claim to be vet carers, lacks the basic etiquettes to look after animals. The receptionist is outright rude, and their services are horrendous.
My pet was so badly terrified after attending to one of their premium services few weeks ago. She wouldn't socialise with other pets and lost her appetite. She has finally come back to normal, but it angers me how irresponsible people like these are allowed to carry out such services which require immense patience and warmth.
Please do your pet a favour, and never allow these disrespectful people to come any close to your pets.

I recently took our dog for her immunisation to Springfield Lakes Pet & Vet and left as a very satisfied customer. It is obvious from the outset that both the receptionist and vet love animals and enjoy what they do. Our dog has a nervous disposition and is particularly fearful of vet clinics. However, the staff took the time to put her at ease, play with her and help calm her down. The vet showed an excellent understanding of dog behaviour and was happy to take the time to answer any questions we had. We then followed up our vet visit with a hydrobath ($10 on Saturday) and felt the service was good value for money. I will definitely be returning to this business and highly recommend them.
