This store cancelled our order before our wedding and didn't tell us - we never even got an explaination! They lost the measurements for our interstate groomsmen and we only found out the day we went to pick up our order! We weren't so much as offered an explaination of apology. When we contacted the company, we were ignored once they found out how much we spent. Don't put yourself through this!
I had a order through them for a wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses. I called to cancel them because I was no longer getting married and they did nothing to help. They said I could not get any money back for any of the dresses. Then hung up. Just made a depressing time far more difficult.
