Absolutely the worst bank ever. Customer support is horrid. I deposit a check and ask when is it available so I can have an idea of when I can write checks to my vendors. Teller tells me 24 hours so the next day I mail them off and assume everything is fine. Check didn't clear for 7 days, so all the checks I wrote bounced and I was hit with tons of fees because of that and now my vendors think poorly of me. Anyway I did get this squared away and resolved with the vendors but never did get reimbursed for the fees. Becareful.
