St Kilda Superclinic

I went into this clinic to get some tests. The gp said as I walked in “yes what do you want”, I then asked to get some tests and she said another gp there was the person to see as they were the speclist. I had to rebook and the gp said “what? The other doctor told you this? Nope I’m not the specialist. Why did she say this”. I then remarked that certain notes were left and he said I put notes here last time I saw you 3 months ago. I said “the previous gp had said your notes were “terrible”.

I’m Not happy with the “super clinic”. Bad nurses and unprofessional staff.

New competition has opened up around the corner on Fitzroy and grey street. So far far more professional and friendly.

I have always had impeccable service from St Kilda Super Clinic to the extent that I stayed with them after moving to Richmond. Dr Garuge is a particular stand out. Despite her busy schedule, she always took time to listen and came up with a thoughtful recovery plan that went beyond just doling out meds. I can't praise her highly enough.

There's no way that anyone would give this clinic a good review, unless it's the manager posting them hahha. It's disgusting. So disgusting. Rude people. Manager didn't care when I told her that my doctor had no idea what she was doing.

I love this clinic. I have been a patience here since 2014. I have seen various of doctors within the few years but I prefer one female doctor because she is absolutely amazing & caring. She makes me feel like she genuently cares about her patience and makes me feel safe and secure even tho I wouldn't like the procedures.

The reception staff members are good too, even tho most of the time when you are making an appointment over the phone they put you on hold for a minute or two.

If there were any minus stars I would award this place -5!!! Don't go there even if you are dying!!! Appalling service at reception, incompetent staff and you have to wait for hours for the privilege of interacting with them!!
